What is the first thought that comes to mind when you are asked - Who are you?  Ever been in a meeting where you are asked to introduce yourself and "tell us who you are?"  How do you answer that question?  Does your answer begin with something you do or a role you fulfill in life?

It's not an easy question to really answer beyond facts about what we do and the truth is there are all kinds of voices out there clammering for our attention - so they can tell us who we are.  Maybe it’s an inner voice ... maybe it’s the voice of a boss or co-worker or friend or family member.

They aren’t asking - rather they are subtly telling you who you are.

How much weight or glory do you give those voices?  Who is the ultimate light around whom we orbit for a sense of worth and significance?
